Pursuant to H.Con.Res. 308 , the House will reassemble next week to take action on the Education Jobs and Medicaid Assistance Act, as well as the Price (R-GA) Lame-Duck Privileged Resolution. On Monday, August 9, 2010, the House is expected to meet in pro forma session. On Tuesday, August 10, 2010, the House is expected to meet at 10:00 a.m. for legislative business with votes occurring as early as 10:00 a.m. These are changes to the previously announced schedule. Additional information regarding next week’s schedule will be announced as it becomes available. Please check this space regularly for updates.

However, the House is expected to be in session and voting on Tuesday, August 10, 2010. At this time it is also possible the House could be in session on Monday, August 9, 2010. The House is currently expected to consider a Senate Amendment to H.R.1586  - FAA Air Transportation Modernization and Safety Improvement Act, as well as a the Price (R-GA) Lame-Duck Privileged Resolution.
